Why celebrate New Year’s Eve in Portocolom

The New Year’s Eve menu at HPC
Our cuisine is Mediterranean and always starts with seasonal produce. For the last night of the year we’ve prepared a menu designed for celebrating, raising a glass and enjoying a different kind of night by the sea.
Appetisers, starters, main courses and dessert
Appetisers. Rosé cava with raspberry pearls and a crispy surf and turf duo: red tuna with avocado cream, ponzu and trout roe, and duck confit with truffle and citrus notes of orange.
Starters. Scallop with white miso beurre blanc, lime and coriander oil. Creamy boletus and seasonal mushroom soup with Parmesan foam, toasted hazelnuts and truffle oil.
Main courses. Roasted monkfish with clams in their own juices, seafood bisque and vegetables. Mandarin, lime and ginger granita. Glazed veal osso buco in its own juices, served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Dessert. Chocolate cremoso with hazelnut praline, airy cocoa sponge and a hint of mandarin.
What the price includes
The New Year’s Eve menu costs €125 per person and includes:
- The full menu: appetisers, starters, main courses and dessert.
- The lucky grapes and New Year’s Eve party favours.
- An assortment of traditional Spanish nougat.
If you’d like to keep the celebration going, you can add an open bar from 00:00 to 02:00, with two options: Silver, €25, or Premium, €45.
